Karina also sent in her review/write up from the show and you can read it below. Thanks Karina!

I went to the 100 Monkeys show on 1/5/10 in Dallas,Tx at a venue called The Loft. I was really excited to see them that night. I invited a couple of friends that have never heard them before see their first 100 Monkeys concert.

When we first got there we decided to go to the bar inside because it was really cold that night. When we entered we sat there for about 5 minutes when we heard a band warming up and we thought that it was the opening act. So we decided to sneak up the stairs to they and we were surprised when we saw the 100 Monkeys were the ones warming up. We ended up staying just on the stairs just listening to them practice and I really think that they knew we were there because at one point I saw Uncle Larry and Jerad look our way and they just smiled and kept on playing. We ended up leaving the stairs when a couple of twilight fans went up the stairs and we did not want to get caught when they did.

We ended up at the bar again and when we were there for about 10 minutes when the whole band came down and they ended up ordering their dinner from there. After all that about hour and a half later the band started to play. They started the concert with The Monkey Song by Spencer Bell. The other songs that they played were Wings on Fire, Junkie, Orson Brawl, Sleeping Giants, Grocery Store No More, Reaper, .38 Special, The Thank You song, one new one called Prayer. The improv song was about marshmallows. After all those cool songs were played the show ended. I just can’t wait until April 24th when they come back for the Spencer Bell Legacy concert!!
