Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner will present the trailer live on Sunday at 9pm EST.

Last week, we dropped a bombshell of OME proportions when we announced that the cast of “New Moon” will be presenting exclusive footage from their upcoming “Twilight” sequel during the MTV Movie Awards. Now we can reveal that the never-before-seen video that Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner will be introducing on Sunday’s live show is the movie’s first trailer.

The stars will present the premiere of the “New Moon” trailer on the Movie Awards, airing at 9:00 pm ET on Sunday. Then at 10:45 p.m., the high-definition video will debut online To make sure you don’t miss the big premiere, you can snag our Movie Awards countdown clock right here!

This year, “Twilight” leads all other films at the Movie Awards with seven nominations, including nods for Breakthrough Performance Male nods for Pattinson and Lautner, and Best Performance Female for Stewart. Cam Gigandet, who plays evil vampire James in the movie, has been campaigning heavily (with the help of FunnyOrDie.com) to win Best Fight for his battle with Pattinson. Voting in the Best Movie category, for which “Twilight” is also nominated, will stay open until the end of the live telecast.

Also it will debut on MySpace Movies at 7:45pm PST.

100 Monkeys Rock Kung Fu Necktie with The National Rifle and El Fuego!

Mom and I ventured down to Kung Fu Necktie, a quaint little bar located on…an interesting side of the tracks in beautiful Philadelphia. From what some of the locals were saying, this wasn’t even a bad part of town, but we all agreed that no one was allowed to wander too far away without a buddy. Kidding, it wasn’t that bad…maybe.

So anyway. We are waiting in line for the doors to open and the first thing we notice is the ‘Sorry, both shows are sold out!’ papers taped to the door. SOLD OUT!? Rock On Guys! So we wait the two hours that are now left to get into the show and make some new friends in line. We all did a little chatting about how excited we were to see them and all that fun stuff. The doors finally open and we are let into this beautiful bar that leads to a small’ish area with a stage in the back. Above the archway leading to the stage area is a sign that says “We’ll lead you astray” “…and you’ll like it.” Foreshadowing? I think so!

So we all cram as close as we can to the stage and wait patiently for this show to start. The first band comes up and introduces themselves as “El Fuego”. They are a punk sound with a good message that you can do anything you put your mind to. You can check them out at www.myspace.com/itmeansfireinspanish. They are worth it for sure. They played a lineup of about 6 or so songs and retired til the 21+ show.

Thanks to IMDB user, Arthur205, for a translation of this article!

From a Vampire to the Count

The film’s lead role of Varg Vikernes will be played by Jackson Rathbone of “Twilight” fame. Rathbone, however, has expressed concern that the shooting of the third “Twilight” film may delay the filming of “Lords of Chaos”.

Rathbone also played the lead role in “The Last Airbender” by M. Night Shyamalan, which will premiere next year. As “Lords of Chaos” comes to the theatres, then, Rathbone will be taking his step from being a simple actor to a Hollywood star.

Pollok confirmed to Dagbladet.no that he will also be casting Norwegian actors.

According to Screen Daily, Jackson is set to star in Sion Sono’s english-language debut film, Lord of Chaos. Here’s the article.

Hot Japanese director Sion Sono is set to make his English-language debut with Lords Of Chaos, about Norway’s black metal music scene, which has Twilight’s Jackson Rathbone lined up to star.

Based on Michael Moynihan and Didrik Soderlind’s book of the same name, the film depicts true events and revolves around the black metal sub-culture that spawned a wave of murders and Church arsons across Norway in the early 1990s.

Rathbone will play the lead role of The Count, often referred to as Norway’s Charles Manson, who brutally stabbed a black metal musician to death in 1993.

Stuart Pollok of LA-based Saltire Entertainment, Ko Mori of Eleven Arts and Oh Jungwan of Korea’s Bom Productions are producing the film, which starts shooting in Norway in mid-September.

Rathbone plays Jasper in Summit’s Twilight series and is currently shooting the lead role in M. Night Shyamalan’s $140m (€103m) The Last Airbender for Paramount Pictures.

Not sure if it’s completely true (since Eclipse begins filming in August apparently…), but if it is, what are your thoughts and opinions on this?

First and foremost, we have several stories and reports from Eyecon (and the shows), which you can view right in the encounters page! Thanks to Alexandra, Rianna, Sophie and Angela for sending in their stories. Here’s a  snippet.

All I can say is Jackson is the most incredible guy I’ve ever met in life. He is very down to earth, a gentleman indeed. I felt myself around him the most out of all the other actors I met . Jackson is by far my favorite. We chatted a few times. And Ruby Tuesdays was probably the best time ever. We took some great pictures.

Click here to view them all! (They’re the last 4 stories on the page)

Again, much needed thanks to Michelle, Alexandra and Theresa for their amazing photo contributions from the shows in Florida. You can see all of their amazing shots in the gallery. And Michelle has also graciously linked us to her videos from the shows and Eyecon as well. To view all of her videos, you can check them out through her youtube channel!

Now check out this stellar review from Theresa!

It’s not like I’m a Monkey for their love, but I do adore them!

I’ll start off by saying the Eye Con event was an interesting experience.  Very similar to the Con I attended in February, all us little fan girls had to line up and wait for the doors to be opened to get into the auditorium.

So my mom, a friend of mine and I got in line and waited patiently to be let in.  As at any con, everything is running late, about thirty minutes behind.  While we were waiting, we got to see the cast members being escorted from the Platinum Banquet to the little private area off the auditorium.  First was Edi, lots of cheers and applause.  He was super funny in his Q&A.  Then came Peter a few minutes later.  More cheers and applause.  After a few more minutes came Kellan.  I’d just like to say that man is adorable in person!  So of course there was many cheers and applause.  Then came a decent size gap in time.  So my friends and I were chatting about weather or not they would bring Jackson through the hall, or if he was already in the room off the auditorium with the rest of the band and cast members.  So we waited and sure enough, Jackson came out.  Now, I’ve been super lucky and been able to attend many many 100 Monkeys shows anywhere from Florida to LA, San Fran, Auburn Hills and even two of the shows in Vancouver.  So as Jackson walked by, my mom couldn’t help herself and she yelled “Jackson!”  he didn’t respond, so she tried one more time.. “Jackson!”  He actually looked at her but didn’t remember her from when we met him at the Auburn Hills show, but he did then look at me and smile “OH HEY!”  I was totally stoked to get that, id have honestly been happy with The Nod and Super Hott Smile we all know so well.  So I raised my hand to flip him a peace sign and smile back, and he actually walked to me and gave me a hug!  Total fangirl melt down in my head, but I held myself together well on the outside!  So off he went into the private room, and I did the super happy dance since he couldn’t see me anymore!

Jackson Rathbone loves filming New Moon in Vancouver with Ashley Greene and Robert Pattinson but he misses home.

He enjoys spending time with his Cullen family but it’s not the same as his real family back home.

Click here to see the latest photos of Jackson >

Jackson told Seventeen: “I miss Texas so bad.

“It (acting) takes a lot of time out from your personal life, and I can only get back to Texas three times a year at most. It’s tough.”

He wants to let his fans know that there are a few fake Jackson’s on the web.

Jackson added: ” “I stay away from Facebook and MySpace. Whenever I go out with a friend, they’re like ‘I didn’t know you had a MySpace.’ I don’t have a MySpace.

“There’s actually three MySpaces for Jackson Rathbone. I don’t know who these people are but they’re not me!”
